- A needs analysis for individual coaching and formalization of the service contract
- A practical application of individual and group coaching and feedback
The jury is made up of certified coaches combining different skills.
Training Manager
Ludivine CALAMEL is a Professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM), specialized in Human Resources Management, Innovation Management and Coaching.
She is a certified coach, consultant and trainer, and is involved in initial, continuing and in-company training.
She also works with managers and their teams on inter-organizational territorial projects.
Her main scientific publications focus on the creation of inter-organizational HRM systems, as well as on economic clusters in general.
She is trained in Transactional Analysis 101, LEGO Serious Play certified, and a certified professional coach in Agility and Process Communication (PCM). She is also a PCM trainer.

To obtain the application form, please contact Armelle Bonenfant. It will be sent to you after an interview to check that your profile matches the program. Candidates are then selected for an individual interview by the head of training. The average time between submission of your application and admission is 3 months, including the preparation of any financing package.
