Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) is taking a leap forward in educational innovation by deploying an immersive virtual reality simulation to train candidates for admissions interviews. The first of its kind in France, this initiative uses the advanced “RolePlay with AI” module from Virtual Speech, specialists in interactive virtual reality training.

Revolutionary interview preparation with AI

During the orals, GEM offers candidates a unique experience, immersing them in realistic simulations with virtual juries animated by artificial intelligences.

The scenarios recreate professional and academic situations, addressing themes such as career goals, motivation and vision. Candidates improve their oral fluency, develop their self-confidence and learn how to capture the attention of an admissions panel.

The simulator assesses key aspects of communication, including body language, speech rate and tics, offering immediate, personalized feedback for optimal progress.
