Students in both programs can choose one specialization and meet for three intensive week-long sessions focused on business strategy and operational priorities.

Beyond the four general management specializations, Executive MBA participants can choose the Executive MBA – Tech Track, with two advanced technology pathways: Microelectronics or Energy. Developed with Grenoble’s innovation ecosystem and partners including the CEA and INSTN, these pathways combine advanced management training with sector expertise for professionals from technical or scientific backgrounds.
The Global MBA includes an Applied Research Project, allowing you to explore a topic aligned with your professional aspirations. The Executive MBA includes an Executive Capstone, a six-month strategic project focused on solving a real organizational challenge and creating measurable impact.

The Global MBA is designed for professionals who want an immersive experience to accelerate, pivot, or internationalize their career. The Executive MBA is a part-time, blended program created for experienced professionals who want to strengthen their leadership while continuing to work.
GEM’s MBA portfolio combines international recognition, practical learning, and strong ties to innovation-driven industries. Students benefit from a highly international environment, hands-on business projects, and direct access to Grenoble’s deep-tech ecosystem, while each format offers a distinct experience — from the immersive Global MBA to the blended Executive MBA.
The Executive MBA – Tech Track is tailored for engineers, scientists, and technology professionals who want to move into leadership roles and build stronger expertise at the intersection of business, innovation, and industry transformation. Two tech specializations are offered: Microelectronics or Energy.
The Global MBA is open to candidates with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience and the Executive MBA requires at least 5 years of work experience.
The Global MBA lasts 10 months, followed by an Applied Research Project and 3 to 6 months of professional experience where applicable. The Executive MBA runs 21 months in a blended format and includes a 6-month Executive Capstone Project.
Tuition for the Global MBA is €39,000 for the 2026 intake, including the Berlin study trip. The Executive MBA starts from €41,000. Scholarships of up to 50% are available for both programs.
Yes. GEM is triple-accredited by AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA — a distinction held by a small minority of business schools worldwide. The Global MBA is registered in France under Titre RNCP 38648 at Level 7 (master’s level).
GEM’s Global MBA entered the global Top 90 (89th worldwide) in the Financial Times Global MBA Ranking 2025 and ranks 26th in Europe in the QS Global MBA Rankings 2026. The Executive MBA ranks 47th worldwide and 15th worldwide for career progression in the QS Executive MBA Rankings 2026.
