What is transformation in your field, and why is it important?
"In procurement, transformation means evolving from a purely cost-focused function into a true enabler of business value. It involves simplifying complex processes, leveraging technology, and building strong cross-functional partnerships to tackle challenges such as working capital optimization, supply chain resilience, and sustainability.
Why is this important? Because procurement is no longer just about driving savings—it’s about ensuring the organization remains agile, future-ready, and aligned with broader business goals. Transformation enables us to move beyond transactional tasks to create meaningful impact, whether by unlocking long-term efficiencies or contributing to ESG priorities."
How has the MBA changed you as a manager and as a person?
"The MBA gave me a broader perspective on leadership and problem-solving. As a manager, it helped me take a more strategic approach—balancing immediate goals with long-term vision while empowering my team to align their work with the bigger picture.
Personally, it has been a journey of growth. The diversity of people and ideas I encountered challenged me to lead with empathy and value collaboration more deeply. It made me more confident in navigating uncertainty and more intentional in how I approach challenges. I’ve come away from it not just with new tools but with a clearer sense of how to lead and contribute meaningfully."
