What is transformation in your field, and why is it important?
“Transformation in HR is a critical topic today. With the exponential development of AI tools, companies are compelled to explore new approaches and rethink their HR structures to create a seamless employee experience that engages individuals and teams while driving growth for companies. As an HR consultant, I frequently encounter requests related to transformation topics, particularly those concerning new ways of working, and skills development frameworks. Adapting organizational mindsets is essential for survival in today’s fast-paced and hectic market.”
How has your MBA impacted your leadership and personal journey?
“Reflecting on my experience as an alumnus of Grenoble Ecole de Management, , I can confidently say that the program significantly enhanced my strategic mindset and deepened my understanding of how organizations operate. It highlighted the crucial role of HR in contributing to a company’s success and taught me how to effectively demonstrate that impact.
One of the most enriching aspects of the program was the chance to connect with an international community of professionals from various backgrounds. These interactions were invaluable to my growth, and I’m grateful to have formed lasting friendships with several of my classmates.
The MBA program enabled me to transition from an internal HR perspective to a consulting role, allowing me to work on significant projects in France and Europe, and broaden my knowledge across various HR topics. There has undoubtedly been a transformative shift in both my professional and personal life.”
