Isabelle Galois-Faurie has been an Assistant Professor in Management and Organization at Grenoble Ecole de Management since 2019. She is interested in organizational behavior and leadership, and seeks to understand the roots of organizational commitment.
Her work focuses on identity work and the processes of adaptation, regulation and transformation that shape the relationship between individuals and organizations.
She works closely with organizations that aim to uncover the drivers of change and identify pathways for transforming their practices. She works with companies from various business sectors and has, in recent years, developed close relationships with occupational health stakeholders (public hospitals, nursing homes).
She has published articles in academic journals such as M@n@gement, Revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaines, @grh, Revue Interdisciplinaire, Management, Homme & Entreprise, International Journal of Organizational Behavior.
Isabelle holds a DEA in International Activity Management and earned her Ph.D. in Management Sciences from Jean Moulin University Lyon 3 in 2006.
