I study paradoxical tensions within organizational environments and how individuals navigate these complexities both independently and collectively. My research concerns three elements: practices (how people engage in organizational paradox through actions), psychology (what are the cognitive and emotional processes behind their navigating behaviour), and situatedness (why people react to the same paradox in different ways). Using qualitative case studies and action research, I trace these elements in various tension-filled empirical phenomena, such as balancing social and scientific impact in academia, bridging the academic-practitioner gap in collaborations, and resisting political interference in scientific autonomy.

I earned my master's degree in management from France in 2020, and worked in market and strategy departments in several industries prior to entering academia in 2021. In 2023, I was a visiting scholar at the State University of Campinas, Brazil and served as a research participant in the Catchain Project under the Marie Sklodowska Curie Actions of the European Commission. I am currently a Ph.D. candidate and a pedagogical & research assistant at Grenoble Ecole de Management.
