I study paradoxical tensions within organizational environments and how individuals navigate these complexities both independently and collectively. My research explores three key dimensions: behavior (how individuals navigate organizational paradoxes through different practices), psychology (the cognitive and emotional processes shaping these behaviors), and situatedness (external factors such as power dynamics that influence behavioral responses). Through qualitative case studies and action research, I examine these elements in complex, tension-filled contexts, including the challenge of balancing social and performative impact in academia and cross-sector collaborations settings.
Before entering academia, I used to work as a marketing and strategy practitioner in the technology and commercial vehicle sectors. I earned my master's degree in management in France in 2020, and started my PhD in 2021. In 2023, I was a visiting scholar at the State University of Campinas, Brazil. I am currently a Ph.D. candidate at Universite Savoie Mont Blanc and lecturer at Grenoble Ecole de Management, teaching organization and sustainable strategy courses to bachelor and master students.
