Our International Business master program delivers a comprehensive foundation in international management, combining core subjects such as strategy, marketing, finance, and organizational behavior with a strong focus on intercultural skills and global business practices. Through real-world case studies, group projects, and simulations, students develop leadership, critical thinking, and adaptability. The curriculum also integrates language development and the opportunity to study abroad, fostering a truly international perspective.

Our International Project Management master program will prepare graduates who can help global private and public companies to carry out projects and programs at the international level. They will be effective Project Managers or members of Project Management Offices (PMO) to manage and coordinate enterprise projects. Distinctive features of this program are the extended enterprise approach, which involves collaborative projects and public-private partnerships, and an opening towards CSR projects, which entails social, cultural, environmental and humanitarian aspects.

The program is available full-time, with a work-study option offered in the second year, on our Grenoble campus.

Our HR master program offers an in‑depth exploration of global human resource management, focusing on the challenges and opportunities posed by digital transformation, hybrid work, and evolving employee expectations. You’ll study core HR functions — from talent acquisition and performance management to people analytics and ethical AI in HR — through case studies, simulations, and real‑world projects. A strong emphasis is placed on strategic thinking, diversity management and adapting organizations to thrive in complex cultural and regulatory environments.

Available in full-time and work-study formats (year 2 only) at our Grenoble and Paris campuses.

Our first-year MSc students spend an immersive week in a major European business hub — such as Berlin, London, Amsterdam, Barcelona, or Milan. During this trip, they visit leading companies and connect with professionals from globally recognized organizations. This unique experience provides valuable exposure to the international business landscape and helps students expand their professional networks, enhancing their prospects for future internships and employment. Additionally, students take an active role in organizing the trip, developing their leadership and teamwork skills.
