Our Social Policy

Our social policy is a cornerstone of our commitment. It aims to provide every student and staff member with an inclusive, fair, and supportive environment that fosters personal and professional development. Our actions focus on three main areas: health and inclusion, financial accessibility, and gender equality.

Health, Inclusion, and Prevention

GEM implements an active policy to support health, inclusion, and prevention, ensuring that everyone can pursue their studies or career in a positive and secure environment. The dedicated service assists students with administrative procedures, offers tailored accommodations, and coordinates awareness initiatives.

Financial Support

Access to higher education should not be limited by financial barriers. GEM offers a wide range of support measures: internal and external scholarships, tuition waivers, personalized guidance, work-study programs, and solidarity partnerships.

Gender Equality

Gender equality is a strategic priority embedded in GEM’s statutes. It is reflected in concrete actions across student life, recruitment, governance, training, and research. GEM publishes its annual professional equality index and implements an ambitious action plan, including training programs, measures to prevent gender-based and sexual violence, and initiatives led by the Women and Economic Renewal Chair.
