Are You a Graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) and Interested in Participating in Full-Day Admissions Juries? GEM covers part of your travel expenses as a thank-you for your involvement. Below are the reimbursement conditions and hotel suggestions near the campuses.
Requirements
- Be a graduate of GEM
- Commit to at least one full day of jury participation:
- Either morning and afternoon on the same day
- Or afternoon and morning on consecutive days
Transportation
As part of our eco-responsible approach, we encourage you to use sustainable transportation to reach the Grenoble or Paris (Pantin) campuses.
GEM reimburses your SNCF train ticket (2nd class, within mainland France).

Meals
As a Mission-Driven Company, GEM works with committed catering partners: seasonal products, short supply chains, and a portion of ingredients from organic or responsible agriculture.
- Upon arrival: a welcome snack (hot drink, juice, etc.) will be offered
- Lunch: select the “Lunch” option when registering (for in-person sessions)
