Intensive In-Person Residencies

This part-time program is delivered in a blended format—about 50% online—enabling minimal disruption to your work and personal life. You’ll complete regular online modules and attend nine intensive in-person weeks designed for maximum learning and work-life balance. The structure includes four core modules in Grenoble, two core modules at international locations, and three specialization modules offered in Grenoble or Paris.​

Between your on-campus sessions, join live online evening classes and engage in projects and assignments designed to deepen your learning and foster continuous interaction with faculty and peers.

Two International Study Trips

Take part in two week-long international study trips for immersive exposure to global business practices and cross-cultural teamwork.​

The Executive MBA Capstone Project empowers experienced professionals to create real impact in their organizations or industries. Participants tackle a strategic business challenge from their current role, design and implement high-impact solutions, and produce an executive-level report or strategic plan with immediate practical value. The project brings together leadership, innovation, and operational excellence to deliver results

Students can customize their Executive MBA by choosing one specialization from the following options. Specializations consist of three intensive work-week long sessions. The content focuses on managing process and operational specificities aligned with strategic or business priorities. Specializations require a minimum number of participants.

• Tuition, project supervision, and access to GEM facilities
• ​Accommodation and some meals for the two International Study Trips. Please note that students are responsible for the payment of a visa if necessary.
• Program fees do not cover travel, accommodation during the on-campus seminars, meals, insurance, visa, and personal expenses.

This program can be partly financed with CPF (requires work experience in France). Titre RNCP 38648

GEM offers multiple financing solutions for Executive MBA candidates, including scholarships, grants, and access to student loan facilities. Many participants fund their studies through a mix of government grants, scholarships, company sponsorship, and loans. Company sponsorship is available—contact us to learn more about our sliding scale options. For professionals working in France, the program is partly eligible for CPF funding (Titre RNCP 38648)

Admissions Criteria

• Professional Experience: A minimum of five years of relevant work experience, demonstrating managerial responsibilities.
• Minimum Academic Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Language Proficiency: Full proficiency in English, as the program is conducted entirely in English
• Online Application: Submit your application through GEM’s online portal, including academic transcripts, a professional resume, and a professional letter of recommendation.
• Entrance Exam: GMAT not required, see language requirements
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview to assess their suitability for the program
