Presentation:
Valérie Sabatier has been a senior professor of business strategy at Grenoble Ecole de Management since 2011. She specialises in issues relating to business models, particularly in sectors linked to the biopharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Her research has been published in international strategy and innovation journals. She teaches strategy in Specialised Master's programmes and regularly leads seminars for business leaders.
Valérie Sabatier is also an entrepreneur and co-founder of an innovative cosmetics company since 2019.
Valérie Sabatier's career combines life sciences and management sciences: after graduating in biochemistry from Montpellier II University, she obtained degrees from Grenoble Ecole de Management and Grenoble Alpes University. She holds two Master's degrees in management and a PhD on the evolution of business models in the biopharmaceutical industry.
