Olivier Arsène began his career as a professional musician, earning a degree in Flute from the École Normale de Musique in Paris. Subsequently, he transitioned into the management of technology and innovation by completing a management and information systems degree.

Engaged in entrepreneurship, Olivier has worked on technological valuation and the digitization of craft trades. He then joined Grenoble Ecole de Management to share his expertise in managing new technologies and using digital tools.

His research focuses on the implications of digital tools in health professions. He studies the dynamics of trust and compliance in digital contexts to understand how these technologies influence the patient-practitioner relationship. He is also interested in the challenges of digital divide and technostress, analyzing their impact on individual well-being and the effectiveness of healthcare.
