Mourad is « Assistant Professor » in the People, Organizations and Society department of Grenoble Ecole de Management.
Mourad holds a PhD in political science. His areas of specialisation are :
- International relations,
- International security (broadly defined...political, economic, societal, military and environmental)
- and global governance.
The MENA (Middle East & North Africa) zone, on which he is a specialist, as well as issues relating to knowledge/technologies with a strong impact on the future development of international relations are among his areas of interest.
In the past, he has held various positions, including that of international trainer, while having significant experience (more than 13 years) in higher education in France, abroad (Central Africa and Maghreb, Europe) as well as in Canada, where in 2017 he held the position of Visiting Professor in political science at the LAVAL University in Quebec City.
He is also an evaluator for the journal Etudes Internationales, directed by the Hautes Etudes Internationales, and a member of the CERDAP2 research laboratory at Sciences Po Grenoble, a research centre that he also co-managed for two years (2018 and 2019).
