The Executive Capstone Project is the culmination of the EMBA journey. Over six months, participants work on a real strategic challenge drawn from their own organization or a partner company, applying everything they have learned throughout the program. Acting as senior executives or consultants, participants diagnose complex business situations, design innovative and value-creating strategies, build robust business cases, and develop concrete implementation roadmaps. The project reflects real-world conditions: uncertainty, risk, financial constraints, stakeholder tensions, and the need to lead change. The Capstone leverages multiple academic modules and learnings with one meaningful, high-impact project. - Minimum Academic Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Language Proficiency: Full proficiency in English, as the program is conducted entirely in English
- Online Application: Submit your application through GEM’s online portal, including academic transcripts, a professional resume, and a professional letter of recommendation.
