Personal Training Account

Since January 1, 2015, the Individual Right to Training (DIF in French) has been replaced by the Personal Training Account (CPF). This scheme enables anyone in employment or seeking a job to benefit from hours of qualifying training throughout their working life.

Pro-A Scheme I Personal Training Account (CPF in French) I Pro Transition Project (PTP) I Skills Development Plan I Professionalization Contract - Work Study

Who can benefit?

  • Employees under private law employment contracts, including agricultural employees
  • Jobseekers with paid work experience

Under what conditions mobilize your Personal Training Account ?

  • In agreement with your employer, who may, if necessary, supplement your Personal Training Account hours with other schemes (skills development plan, Pro-A scheme, etc.).
  •  On your own initiative, without having to inform your employer (in this case, you take a training course "outside working hours")

Which training courses?

Training courses financed via the Personal Training Account must lead to a qualification and be included in the list of eligible training courses.

More information is available on the Ministry of Labor website (in French).
You can access your Personal Training Account on the Mon Compte Formation website (in French).
