Program specifics
Interactive and experiential learning
The program is built on a dynamic teaching approach, combining in-person classes, real case studies, group projects, and guest lectures from marketing professionals. The goal: to foster learning through action and strategic thinking.
Immersive business trip
In the first year, students take part in a one-week immersion in a European economic hub (Berlin, London, Amsterdam, Barcelona…). This trip allows them to meet professionals, visit leading companies, and expand their international network. Students are also involved in organizing the trip.
International exposure
Students can complete an exchange semester or gain professional experience abroad, thanks to a network of top academic partners. This mobility is mandatory for French students.
Career-oriented pathway
The program includes up to six months of internship or employment abroad. Students may also develop their own entrepreneurial project over several months, supported by a mentor. An online professional certificate from GEM’s catalog further enhances their profile.
Integrative case study
At the end of the program, students work in small groups on a real business case. They apply all the skills acquired to analyze a marketing challenge and propose concrete solutions, which are presented directly to the company.
Language learning
Learning a foreign language is mandatory to obtain the degree. Non-French-speaking students can choose from several beginner-level languages.
Specialized final thesis
In the second year, students complete an in-depth thesis on a strategic marketing issue, starting in September and finalized at the end of the academic year.

All GEM MSc programs are internationally recognized by the prestigious higher education accreditation bodies, AACSB and EQUIS, and are equivalent to a level 7 degree on the European Qualifications Framework, in compliance with the Bologna Agreement for a master’s degree, comprised of 120 ECTS credits.
