The aim of the pre-master’s year is to introduce you to the fundamentals of management, the major corporate functions and the manager’s tools. It gives you the keys to start thinking about your professional project, and to prepare for the career choices you’ll make in M1 and M2.

• Personal development workshops: communication skills, methods, internship search techniques, personal branding
• 2 modern languages

Continuous assessment and mid-term exams: individual and group work, written or oral assignments depending on the module.

In the event of failure to obtain full validation of the professional certification concerned, the blocks of validated skills are acquired and are the subject of a certificate (certification of blocks of skills).

The training program is based on a varied, interactive pedagogy: theoretical contributions, group activities, role-playing and experience sharing with inspiring leaders from the economic, political, sports and cultural sectors. All courses are designed and delivered via e-learning by a dedicated, certified teaching team

This list is not exhaustive, given the wide range of career opportunities offered by this tailor-made program! Further study is also possible, for example in a Specialized Master’s program (level 6 years of higher education) or a doctoral program (up to 8 years of higher education).

2 periods of 13 weeks full-time equivalent (duration and pace adaptable to sporting constraints).

To enroll in the program, candidates must :

• Be or have been on a professional contract with a club
  or
• Be in a training center or in Pôle France
• Be or have been listed as a high-level athletes by the French Ministry of Health and Sports
  or
• Have participated in the final phase of a French or world university championship
• Bac+2 or Bac+3
• Pass selection tests

We also welcome “good level” athletes. Please contact us to find out the specific conditions for your sport.
