Skills
- Conduct an exploratory interview with the prescriber of a group coaching assignment
- Carry out a systemic analysis of the collective environment concerned by the coaching project
- Define the objectives and purpose of support in collaboration with the prescriber and internal stakeholders
- Build a group support project that meets the prescriber’s needs
- Explain to the group how the support will be provided
- Conduct individual interviews with each member of the coached team
- Develop a coaching strategy adapted to the problems of the group and its members
- Lead the group coaching sessions that make up the support program, using a combination of different intervention techniques
- Maintain regular contact with the support prescriber
- Draw up an assessment at the end of the support program, involving all stakeholders

Evaluation
The assessment is based on a real-life situation, during which candidates carry out a group coaching session, which is presented in the form of an experience report and a presentation to a panel of judges.
In the experience report, candidates must present the following productions individually in writing and in pairs orally:
- A group support project responding to an organization’s needs
- Put collective support into practice in a context of change
- An evaluation and analysis of their group support practice”

Training Manager

Ludivine CALAMEL is a Professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM), specializing in Human Resources Management, Innovation Management and Coaching.
She is a certified coach, consultant and trainer, and is involved in initial, continuing and in-company training.
She also works with managers and their teams on inter-organizational territorial projects.
Her main scientific publications focus on the creation of inter-organizational HRM systems, as well as on economic clusters in general.
She is trained in Transactional Analysis 101, LEGO Serious Play certified, and a certified professional coach in Agility and Process Communication (PCM). She is also a PCM trainer.

Teaching methods
The course combines several on-site training sessions with intersessional work (in pairs or peer groups) on practical application, which is then analyzed. Each participant benefits from two hours of individual support from a tutor-coach, in pairs.

Your profile to apply
You have a level 5 diploma and at least five years’ professional experience, or a bachelor’s degree and at least ten years’ significant professional experience.

Candidates are then selected for an individual interview by the program manager, to ensure that the training content matches the participant’s expectations and the requirements of the skills to be certified.
