Training Manager

Ludivine CALAMEL is a Professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM), specialized in Human Resources Management, Innovation Management and Coaching.
She is a certified coach, consultant and trainer, and is involved in initial, continuing and in-company training.
She also works with managers and their teams on inter-organizational territorial projects.
Her main scientific publications focus on the creation of inter-organizational HRM systems, as well as on economic clusters in general.
She is trained in Transactional Analysis 101, LEGO Serious Play certified, and a certified professional coach in Agility and Process Communication (PCM). She is also a PCM trainer.

Teaching methods
The program combines six on-site training sessions with supervised and commented practical work between sessions. Each participant benefits from four hours of individual or peer group coaching, led by tutors/coaches.
This certificate will provide you with both content and tools, as well as personal development. All requiring a strong commitment from participants.
We offer a holistic approach to coaching. This is not based on a single trend, but on a set of tools drawn from transactional analysis, neuro-linguistic programming, agility, the human element, etc., complemented by field experience. By making these tools your own, you’ll build up your own toolbox for developing your new posture as a coach and manager.
This certification course is validated by an assessment session before a panel of certified professional coaches. You will be prepared by tutors/coaches during coaching or certification preparation sessions. You’ll also work in white certification to develop your new skills.

Candidates are then selected for an individual interview by the head of training. The average time between submission of your application and admission is 3 months, including the preparation of any financing package.
