"The friendship between our two schools has a long history," emphasizes Philippe Monin. "Since our cooperation agreement in 2007, this partnership has led to the graduation of more than 50 top-level PhDs. Our ambition is to go even further in terms of excellence, by creating new exchange programs and training together unique profiles in the field of international entrepreneurship."

For Professor Xiao Haipeng, "This project will strengthen mutual understanding between China and France in terms of institutional cooperation, social knowledge and management of international challenges. It will also promote high-quality social and economic development for both our schools."

An active partnership from the start of the 2024 school year

This new strategic partnership, which forms part of the development of the activities of the GEM China Center for Business and Research headed by Professor Jie YAN, will result in the immediate launch of the program from the start of the 2024 academic year. Designed for senior executives in China, this DBA aims to train managers capable of stimulating the creation and development of projects on a global scale.

Focusing on "Innovation and Digital Intelligence Management", it will respond to today's challenges with a training program of excellence, perfectly adapted to the realities of the field and the demands of the international market.

GEM and SYSU, both triple accredited by AMBA, AACSB and EQUIS, will work closely together to guarantee the quality of recruitment and delivery of course modules, ensuring exceptional academic standards and optimum professional relevance.
