Mustapha BELKHOUJA est professeur sénior au sein du département "Management Technology and Strategy" de Grenoble Ecole de Management. Il a obtenu son doctorat en économie de l'Université de la Méditerranée (GREQAM) en 2010. Il a travaillé pendant un an à la Faculté des sciences économiques et de gestion de Sousse (Tunisie) en tant que maître de conférences, puis il a rejoint Grenoble Ecole de Management en 2012.
Il enseigne principalement les méthodes quantitatives pour la prise de décision stratégique et le management stratégique. Depuis 2019, il dirige l'équipe de recherche « Entrepreneuriat et Innovation ».
Ses recherches se situent à l'intersection de l'innovation et de la stratégie, avec un accent particulier sur la science des sciences, l'innovation ouverte, la gestion des connaissances, la collaboration d'équipe, la recombinaison et la diffusion des connaissances et le commerce international. Ses travaux ont été publiés dans Research Policy, Economic Modeling, Strategic Organization, M@n@gement, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Journal of Product Innovation Management, International Business Review et Industrial Marketing Management, entre autres.
