Six months after the integration of a new “grande école”, the SESAME test bank continues to expand, welcoming Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) for the 2024 competitive entrance exam session. It now brings together 16 “grandes écoles” and 19 post-bac programs.

Following the audit carried out at Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) by members of the management of two SESAME schools, on December 19, 2023 the general meeting of the test bank ratified the entry of a new program among its targeted 4-year bachelor's degrees. GEM's 4-year International BBA replaces the 3-year Bachelor in International Business.

For Philippe Monin, GEM Academic Director

philippe-monin.jpgJoining SESAME marks the school's determination to contribute to the development of a resolutely international post-baccalaureate offering in an ecosystem of exceptional technological and scientific density, the Alpine Arc of the Rhône-Alpes Auvergne region, and principally around Grenoble. Its Bachelor in International Business, a pioneering international program in France, is evolving towards a 4-year format, to give students more opportunities for international mobility and professional experience.

Following the integration of the ICD Business School in the South-West region in June 2023, with its campus in Toulouse, the SESAME test bank is reinforcing its territorial coverage in the Rhône-Alpes region, continuing to develop its offer for final-year students and new baccalaureate holders.

For Vincenzo Vinzi, President of SESAME

The arrival of a triple-accredited school confirms the excellence of SESAME's offering, and gives us a foothold in a region whose international economic appeal is well established.

For SESAME, the quality of this program is also a lever for accelerating the bank's attractiveness.

About the SESAME competition

Concours SESAME is the benchmark for post-bac entrance exams to international business and management schools, and today brings together 19 targeted programs (9 in 4 years, 10 in 5 years) from 16 leading international business and management schools, all members of the “Conférence des Grandes Ecoles”. Since its creation in 1992, giving access to 6 programs, the test bank has grown to 8 programs in 2015, 14 in 2019 and 16 in 2023. Over 180,000 candidates have taken part in the competition since its inception, and, with a percentage of French-speaking candidates living abroad, it is present in over 90 countries.
