Educational engineer (f/m) - 6-month fixed-term contract

Within the Learning Design (LED) department, dedicated to supporting the pedagogical and digital transformation of teachers and pedagogical innovation, we are looking for a pedagogical engineer.

Main missions

  • Support teachers in the development of their teaching practices through training and/or coaching sessions
  • Implement all necessary actions to propose a pedagogical engineering approach, from needs analysis to scripting, including the production of mediatized resources and deployment/distribution.
  • Produce, make available and distribute teaching resources (tutorials, modules, videos, capsules) on Moodle, to be integrated into teaching programmes.
  • Support teachers in developing their skills in the use of digital tools and devices
  • Monitor pedagogical and technical developments and communicate on new developments
  • Provide support for teaching users in the use of platforms, in particular Moodle, and teaching tools and approaches proposed by the LeD, and according to the needs of the institution (online exams, etc.).
  • Offer digital resources to encourage teachers' autonomy in their digital practices.

     

Training / experience

  • With a 3/5-year higher education qualification in education sciences or pedagogical engineering, you have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position in a training organization or in higher education.
  • Detailed knowledge of an LMS, preferably Moodle, is required
  • A fluent and standard level of English is expected
