Dr. Hélène Picard’s work is mainly on social and managerial innovations (such as “liberated” companies and post-heroic leadership, organization and governance issues in social businesses, third places …), with a specific interest in understanding their impact on employees’ lived experience of work. Hélène is experienced in using in-depth Qualitative methods of inquiry, as well as drawing on critical theories and psychoanalytical approaches to analyze the impacts of these new models. Within Grenoble Ecole de Management, she is a member of the AFMO Research Team and the Chair on Economic Peace, Well-Being at work and Mindfulness.
