Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM), is one of the top 30 business schools in the world to have a positive impact on society according to the new Positive Impact Rating (PIR).

The international student organizations, Oikos, AIESEC, Net Impact and international organizations WWF Switzerland, OXFAM International and the UN Global Compact Switzerland have come together to assess business schools with a brand new approach: the Positive Impact Rating (PIR). This is the first time students have assessed their business schools on their social and environmental impact.

Loïck Roche, Dean and Director of Grenoble Ecole de Management

“The Positive Impact Rating for Business Schools is a great lever to encourage us to go even further. To become a driving force for ethics, to successfully evolve from a business school to a school for business for society, and to better meet the demands of new generations of students, which include providing solutions to the challenges of the 21st century that truly positively impact the environment and society in all its forms. A business lab for society, an R&D center for business schools, GEM is committed to four key sustainable development objectives (defined by the UN): education for all, gender equality, climate change and economic peace. We are working to become one of the leading business schools working towards a fairer, more peaceful and more responsible world."
