In 2019, talking about male / female controversy in entrepreneurship no longer makes any sense. Is addressing the subject through femininity and masculinity a better way to understand it?

What are the masculine entrepreneurial practices determined as "dominant" and how do they manifest themselves in the face of "deviant" behaviors considered as feminine? Can an entrepreneur be thought of as an individual with feminine and / or masculine behaviors regardless his/her gender?
