Accessing GEM Campuses for Jury Sessions

Are you participating in a GEM admissions jury? Here you’ll find all the practical information to access the Grenoble and Paris campuses, as well as connection details for remote jury sessions. Whether you're arriving by train, car, or joining via videoconference, we’ll help ensure a smooth experience.

During registration, you’ll choose your interview location based on the available dates. 
Please pay close attention when selecting your session!

Remote jury sessions

Student

Remote jury sessions are available for candidates applying via the Admission Sur Titre pathway (L2/L3 level).

  • Platform used: Microsoft Teams – GMT+1 Paris time.
  • Connection link: Sent by email a few days before your session. You may want to add the sender’s address to your contacts to avoid missing it.
  • Recommendations:
    • Check your device compatibility with Microsoft Teams.
    • Monitor your inbox and spam folder for the connection link.
  • Connect 15 minutes before the session starts.
    • Ensure a quiet and stable environment.
    • Camera and microphone are mandatory.

Grenoble Campus

Campus Grenoble

Jury sessions in Grenoble are offered for candidates from both Admission Sur Titre (L2/L3) and Preparatory Classes (BCE exams).

  • Address: Main campus, 12 rue Pierre Sémard, 38000 Grenoble.
  • Access:
    • By train: 5-minute walk from the SNCF station (use Europole exit, Place Robert Schuman).
    • By tram:
      • Line A – Stop: Saint Bruno.
      • Line B – Stop: Saint Bruno or Palais de Justice-Gare.
    • By bus: Line C5 – Stop: Palais de Justice-Gare.
    • By bike: Access to GEM’s underground parking (level -2) with bike spaces (subject to availability).
      Public bike racks available at the main entrance.
    • By car: Parking available at GEM (rue de la Frise), subject to availability.

Expect up to 30 minutes of traffic when entering Grenoble.

 

Paris Campus

Campus Paris

Jury sessions in Paris are available for candidates from the Admission Sur Titre pathway (L2/L3 level).

  • Address: Pantin Campus, 183 avenue Jean Lolive, 93500 Pantin.

 

  • Access:
    • By metro: Line 5 – Stop: Église de Pantin, exit “Avenue Jean Lolive”.
    • By RER: Line E – Stop: Mairie de Pantin.
    • By bike: Vélib station nearby.
    • By car: No parking available at this campus.
