To complete the Self Assessment Tool,
you will have to fill in some template files relative to
each step of the methodology. To get these template files
on your computer, click on link
below and follow the install wizard.
The install wizard will ask you to "unzip" the
files to your hard disk and to specify a location. Select
the appropriate folder or create a new one to store the
files. Please note that these files are in Microsoft Word,
Excel, PowerPoint format, therefore these softwares must
be installed on your computer in order to be able to use
them.
