Subject:
Collect information on the best practices in European businesses
and create a paper-based self-assessment tool that would allow
businesses to evaluate their own practices and compare them to the
best. The tool was structured around six main fields: chaging the
company's culture, anticipating jobs, managing restructuring,
employability, evaluating human resources, training and personal
development.
