Subject :
The project aims at strenghtening the
competitiveness of European poles in the creation of innovative
products and services and to disseminate widely the results and
learnings to different publics.
It relies on the design and the experimentation of a methodology to
anticipate changes at human, organisational and social level. This
anticipating mechanism should lead to the management of jobs and
competencies at several levels: individual, enterprise, partners of
the territory, social partners at the localn national and European
level. The second objective is to disseminate as much as possible the
results and learning of the project by reaching the different level
and public concerned.
Consequently the project will result in:

Predictive tools and models and best practices
for anticipating the changes in the process of creation of new
products and services. -
A mechanism for working groups able to anticipate
and manage the changes. -
The consolidation of jobs and competences within
companies and at the level of the territory through tutoring by
experts and training. -
The public access to the predictive tools and
models and best practices on a knowledge management platform on-line
including a knowledge base and an e-learning device for tutoring
learner. -
The training of all stakeholders (managers,
employees, unions' representatives, local stakeholders and
authorities) to the tools and best practices. -
The dissemination of tools and best practices
through the organisation of events at local and European level,
through their publications and through their integration in the
courses of engineering and business schools.
