The work of the Institute for Agility in Organizations targets four types of organisationsorganizations, each with its own profession, culture and challenges:   Manufacturing companies, Service businesses, Technology companies, Government agencies and government-owned companies.

Responsive practices in these four types of organizations tend to vary considerably. And yet, building similar agile management values is one way in which organizations can facilitate the collaborative work that today’s complex business environment demands. 
 
The Institute works with organizations as they implement agile management systems, from strategy to developing the new skills required of individuals and groups within the agile organization.
