Through the CITE (Center for Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship), we develop procedures, methods and tools that aim to improve professionals' business practices in innovation... in a radical fashion.

Three main axes of specialization are developed:

• the ability to anticipate the changes and events that constitute opportunities or threats for the creation and development of innovative activities;
• the organizational methods, principally networks and new forms of interorganizational collaborations, and how their link with innovative practices can refresh governance and performance;
• the entrepreneurial process of bringing about innovation, from the idea to its transformation into an established activity by an entrepreneur, an individual or a team. 

These themes are systematically analyzed in a technological context, without neglecting themes related to non-technological innovation.
