|
The Centre for Personal & Managerial Development studies employee personal development and well-being and individual and group performance in the workplace.
The Center’s mission is to deepen our understanding about employee performance and the human aspects of work and share this knowledge with the business and academic communities. The Center does this by encouraging fresh insights into the individual’s place within the organization, encouraging different viewpoints, and recommending areas for further investigation.
