Participants improve their negotiations technique by…negotiating! Analysis of this experience is used to gain insights into how power, trust, emotion and conflict all have a powerful and determining influence on the negotiations process. Some key concepts and principles are introduced before the series of negotiation simulations takes place, bringing into play some of the best cases for in business negotiations that are available.
