The next Welcome Desk for International students is for the January 2009 intake,
and will take place from January 5th to January 10th 2009, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
 
During the Welcome Desk the International Student Services and the Aloha association will help you with the following:

• Housing: finding a place to live (takes 2-3 days)
• Insurances
• Applying for your "carte de séjour" (residence permit)
• Banks: open a bank account
• Health insurance: General information on health insurance and other administrative matters
• Documents: Fact sheets, street maps, transportation maps and leaflets to take away

 
And fun things as well!

• Integration weekends
• Meet fellow international students and French students to improve your French!
• Organised trips and outings to restaurants and pubs
• The GGSB Gala
  
  

NOTE: NOTE: Please note that Grenoble Ecole de Management/GSBB is closed between December 24th 2008 and January 4th 2009 for holidays. The International Student Services will be closed between December 19th and January 4th. There will be no one available for pre visits during these dates and e-mails will not be answered.
