Undergraduate Program in International Business

Program Objectives
The Undergraduate Program in International Business was created for students who wish to enhance their knowledge of international business, management, international culture, and foreign language.
Students who are planning a career abroad should definitely consider joining the program.
Depending on students’ current level of studies, the following programs of study can be followed. Please consult the Program tab for more information on each program:

Undergraduate Certificate (CIB or CBS)

Bachelor in International Business (BIB)
over 1, 2 or 3 years
The program is open both to French and foreign students recruited through various channels: international students, exchange students from partner institutions, ESC Grenoble program students recruited through the “concours”, study abroad students and any student wishing to complete an undergraduate program in France. All nationalities are welcome.

Program overview
This program provides students with no prior professional experience or knowledge of the international business environment with a broad introduction to management, international business, foreign culture and foreign languages in an international learning environment.
Recruitment for this program is on a worldwide basis which provides the students with a unique opportunity to study alongside students from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures.
The program is taught entirely in English but gives the participating foreign students the opportunity to learn French.

Recruitment for this program is on a worldwide basis. The profile of students depends on the program of study chosen:
Certificate in Business Studies (CBS):
- Students in their sophomore year at a US university studying abroad in order to earn credit towards their degree and obtain a dual qualification.
- International students with a one year diploma.
Certificate in International Business (CIB):
- Students in their junior year at a US university studying abroad in order to earn credit towards their degree and obtain a dual qualification.
- International students with a two year diploma.
- Junior managers who are presently working and wish to have an insight into international business without committing themselves to a longer program.
Bachelor in International Business (BIB):
1 year BIB (Final Year)
- Students in their senior year at a US university who wish to study abroad in order to earn credit towards their degree and obtain a dual qualification.
- Students with a three-year university diploma.
Students who have completed all but the final year of an undergraduate program.
- Minimum of 120 ECTS credits (60 US credits) prior to beginning the program.*
2 year BIB (last 2 years)
- Students having completed all but the final 2 years of an undergraduate program.
- Minimum of 60 ECTS credits (30 US credits) prior to beginning the program.*
3 year BIB (Full 3 year program)
- Baccalauréat, Abitur, A levels, Freshman, VWO, etc.
- Students who have finished high-school education are eligible to apply for this program.
- Minimum age: 18 years
* The recognition of credits will be subject to GGSB approval.

Faculty
Classes are taught by Grenoble Ecole de Management faculty, visiting professors from top universities worldwide, and top business professionals. Most of the faculty is engaged in applied and academic research, and all of whom link theory and practice to the international dimension of the program based in their diverse cultural and international backgrounds.

Admission is subject to the number of available places. It is advisable to apply as early as possible. Applications and selection are on a rolling basis.

Funding your program
Help in funding your studies through grants or preferential loans is available.
For the September commencement, applicants from China and India must send their applications as soon as possible and by June at the latest. This is necessary in order to ensure that you can obtain your administrative documents and find housing in time. The procedures for visas and registering for university accommodation can sometimes be lengthy.
For all other students, applications for September must be submitted by the end of June at the latest. Applications for January must be received by the end of October.
