2. Mastering Financial Management
3. Advanced Finance
4. Electives

*Content subject to change.  

• Followed by a Capstone course during which the concepts and principles are applied to an actual situation (integrated case study)

• And a final Professional Dissertation on a finance-related topic or based on an internship in a company in France or abroad.
  
  
  

The program is taught entirely in English by both academics and professionals, all with extensive experience in finance. The teaching style is very interactive and emphasis is placed on group work.

• Workshop on: ‘how to get the job you want’ & networking techniques
• Mock interview sessions with alumni, business leaders and international headhunters

MSc Finance students participate in a career development program including personal coaching with Patrick Fearon (a veteran and expert of the banking industry). Students have a first one to one meeting in October to clarify career goals, CV and motivation letter, development gaps etc. At the end of this first meeting, each student leaves with an action plan to work on.
 
Then in February, a second meeting takes place to assess progress on the action plan and give further advice to students on what they need to do to get an internship or a job in the Finance industry.

Students already working in the financial services sector may finally gain formal training in Finance throughout this program. It is also suitable for graduates from a wide range of disciplines, such as management or engineering, who feel they can deal with quantitative subjects.

Entry requirements

• A Bachelor or License-level, undergraduate degree,
• No past work experience necessary
• Copy of TOEFL (IBT 94 / computer based 240 / paper based : 587), Cambridge Proficiency Exam (A,B,C) or IELTS (6,5 with a minimum of 6.0 in all areas : Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking), Pearson Test of English (PTE) with a minimum of 63.
• TOEIC is no longer accepted.
  TOEFL Institution code: 8973 
  GMAT could be required.  Target Score 550 with a minimum of 70% in the quantitative section. (GMAT Institution code 0365). If you are required to take the GMAT you will be notified after the admissions board meets. For students who score over 650 with 75% or above in the quantitative section can benefit from a GMAT Merit Scholarship.

To apply for this program candidates must complete the online application and include scanned copies of all original supporting documents (in English, or certified translation if in an another language).

To ensure GGSB is the right fit for you and you are the right fit to GGSB, candidates may be requested to participate in an interview. You will be notified if an interview is necessary after the admission board meets.

Admission is subject to the number of available places. The number of participants will be limited and students will be admitted on a first come, first served basis.

Fees September 2012
 

An Administrative fee of 200€ is charged for student services in Year 1 and a further 200€ for Student Card renewal in Year 2.
