Grenoble Graduate School of Business (GGSB)’s MSc in Marketing has been approved and accredited for the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)’s Dual Award Scheme, allowing Grenoble students to gain the CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing by undertaking just two modules as opposed to the usual four.
Launched in 2007, GGSB’s MSc in Marketing is the first program in France and one of a few in the UK to be accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the leading international body for marketing and business development.
CIM introduced this new dual awards scheme to provide students with the necessary competitive edge to embark on a successful marketing career.
Grenoble students will also benefit from the CIM network, gain the right to apply to job positions specifically addressed to CIM graduates and aspire to the title of Chartered Marketer further to a few years of practice.
Conducted entirely in English, the MSc Marketing which must be concluded by a final study project, combines academic theory and a practical approach through case studies and real life examples.
Judith Bouvard, Dean of GGSB, said: “CIM is recognised across the world in both the academic and professional fields of marketing. With nearly 50,000 members, the CIM label is a sign of quality and a ‘must’ for those graduates aspiring to work in grand anglo-saxon groups. In today’s global competitive environment effective Marketing is often the key contributing factor to sustainable success and makes the difference between successful companies and those which fail to grow. The dual MSc in Marketing/ CIM diploma is a passport to a fast-track career in marketing positions worldwide.”
The course is open to students fluent in English, with a Bachelors degree, with or without professional experience.
Experienced managers already working in marketing positions can also benefit from this program to advance their marketing careers.
