It brings you together with other experienced and motivated management professionals in an international environment on the basis of 8 intensive learning weeks per year, over 2 years.

The program brings together 4 distinct phases:
1 - Management Essentials & Cases
The first phase covers key areas such as Finance and Marketing. It also gives participants the opportunity to use their analytical skills acquired in their professional experiences through authentic business cases.
2 - Management Expertise Development
The second phase focuses on senior management skills such as Negotiations, Conflict Management, Risk Management, Corporate Governance and the Management of Sustainable Development. The start of the project phases follows, in parallel with the specializations tracks.
3 - Leadership for Corporate Performance
The recommended specialization choice includes the Leadership, Organizational Challenges and Strategic Innovation Modules. As the dates for these modules will be the same as the specializations offered to other MBA groups, Executive MBA students may choose to switch a different track, for example, from the Leadership track to the Finance or Innovation Management track.

4 - Projects phase
The group case project analyses competitive issues in a specific manufacturing and/or services cluster.
