Objectives
- To develop a body of theoretical knowledge that closely reflects the issues faced by managers
- To draw practitioners’ attention to and encourage them to think about fundamental changes in innovation management
- To support innovation management professionals in their use of emerging theories
Grenoble Ecole de Management is a major contributor to research in strategic innovation management, participating in academic debate and leading scientific exploration of five main research topics :
- Innovation management in the high-tech, biotech, nanotech, and renewable energies fields
- Innovation and organizational theory applied to architecture and the cultural, video game, and movie industries
- The use of new technologies and information systems management
- Radical innovation and sustainable development
- Innovation business models, the innovation culture, and entrepreneurship
The Management, Technology & Strategy Department’s academic publications are evidence of the relevance of its research and the credibility of its results.
The Department’s research and publications further the collective expertise of its members, drive projects at the Creativity, innovation, technology, entrepreneurship research centre (CITE), and enrich both the content of educational programs and the instructional methods used.
