Diversity is a source of wealth, and since its creation Grenoble Ecole de Management(GEM) has kept this at the centre of its activities by ensuring intercultural diversity amongst our employees and students, developing  projects linked to disability (handimanagement, sign language courses, etc.) ensuring a diverse  target audience, creating a post for the development of measures in the diversity and disability programme, setting up in partnership with recognized associations (F.A.C.E, AFIJ, companieros etc…) and other  engaged companies.

More generally GEM wishes to develop measures to promote diversity and disability, working in partnership with all the parties concerned, private and public, and by doing this, developing internal synergies in the school between employees and students

Our wish is that the school becomes a driving force in national and group thinking on the themes of diversity and handicap.
