The Personal and Managerial Develop¬ment Center (CDPM) addresses itself to the functioning and development of the well being and performance of people and groups at work.
Its mission is to offer all students, teachers and administrative staff a place, a time and professional advice to improve the quality of their life and professional performance.
Our philosophy is to listen to others. Our advisors are committed to allowing each person to identify their potential, to solve problems, to take the correct decisions when faced with important choices and to assist in the elaboration of their personal and professional pro¬jects.
The work of the CDPM directly contributes to preparing future managers for the management of psychosocial risks. It has led Grenoble Ecole de Manage¬ment to be chosen as a pilot school by the Ministry of Labour for the teaching of the management of psychosocial risks for future managers.
